I really love the design of this tag, it's super adorable, the color range is lovely and the silicone sleeves are genius for taking away the constant rattling of traditional metal tags. The tracking capabilities are a must have for pets, the peace of mind of knowing exactly where my dog is, is next to none!

The purchasing of the tags was straight forward and I did receive a discount for ordering multiple tags (I think I got a discount after ordering 4 or more). The shipping was quick and accurate. Downloading the app and activating the tags was very easy and straight forward as well.

App barely works and on top of that I ordered two and only received one. I ordered it back in February we are in August now. I keep trying to contact someone but they won't get back to me I have been patient enough but it shouldn't take this long to get this delivered

I ordered two tags- one tiny rainbow tag and one magenta tag- for my two escape artist pups! I feel so at ease with these tags and I am so thankful for this company! (especially the high risk mode) These fit perfectly on my dogs collars and appear to be very comfortable! Shilling took awhile but I am not upset about it at all because I love getting to support this small business and such a great idea!!

I love knowing my Ted is still in our backyard just by looking at my phone if I'm out of site for a little while, I worry a lot less when he's wearing the Huan tag! After a string of horrible dog nappings (including Lady Gaga’s pups), and because we travel all over the US with our dogs, I researched dog trackers and ID tags. This is such a wonderful option! We will definitely be encouraging our friends and family to join the community!

My dog is so fast and curios. She fly's out the door whenever she gets the chance. Our apartment complex is huge and its been so hard to find her but thankfully now this tag gives me peace of mind knowing I can track her

We love Huan! Having 2 rescue dogs who are extremely fearful, I have always worried about what I would do if they got away, as I don't think anyone else would be able to grab my bigger dog but me. Huan makes me feel so comfortable, as I am able to track where she is without fear. I also love that there is information about her on the app, as someone could learn what her triggers are and what makes her more comfortable in an emergency. I have looked into trackers before and they were all so unaffordable and clunky. This is adorable, functional, and affordable, all factors that made Huan our top pick! I would recommend this to anyone with dogs.

My kitty likes to explore around the building, the dog sometimes goes in and out. Bought a tag for the dog and cat. The tag didn't move on the map once. Doesn't show up at all except for where my phone is when its on when it was first activated. I really only want this to know when they are leaving the building area. Sad to say it doesn't appear to be working. Still waiting on my second to arrive. Hopefully that one works and maybe customer service can help with this one. :( Will update once the other arrives.

Tags never get signal, have troubleshooted by replacing batteries, replacing tags, having other around me download app and still not working. Don't trust that I'd be able to find my dogs if they were lost
