Only half my ordered was received due to confusion. Customer service was fast to respond but did not understand my concern at first which was frustrating.

Customer service was terrible. I only received part of my order. When emailing customer service I only received an acknowledgment a few days later. I had to send multiple follow ups. When I finally heard back, only part of my missing order was shipped. Again, multiple follow ups that were barely answered until I advised I would escalate. I finally received my order almost 2 months later. Will never shop here again.
