I’ve been using this product for a few months now going back to last year and it does what it says. My recovery is a lot better and my overall strength has improved and my ability to do more reps with the same weight has improved. I’m soon to be 58 years old and I usually don’t promote supplements because most of them are hit or miss but this one is the real deal. I know it works because I haven’t changed anything else with my diet or training schedule and the only other supplements I take are vitamins and herbs for overall health! Don’t do TRT or any other hormones either!
