Amazing! They are smooth and fast on the strings a rough and grippy in the hand. I use the Tarsient and the Mega Jazz.

I really like this pick. Lightweight and easy to hold on to. I've been taking lessons for two years and keep trying different picks. I alternate between this one (standard) and the usual plastic pick. I keep going back to the Howling Monkey. Try it out...you won't be disappointed!!!

The minute I held the standard I just instantly knew it was for me. I tried the other two I bought. They also felt great. But I just can't get used to the holes. But the standard pick has held up really well so far. If you play the pick for a hour or longer it will bend some. But it gets its shape back when left alone. Definitely my favorite picks now. I let my bass player try it as well. And he was instantly hooked also. It just feels so much better than a ordinary plastic pick.

I have always preferred heavier picks, so these are fantastic for me. And they have a very nice sound. Very smooth. And kind of... nutty!

It has a very loud clicky attack. When strumming, even with the grips, it spins in my fingers. After playing professionally for decades, this is not user error.

And, if the guitar business ever goes south, you can use it as a bottle opener. :-) Seriously, I bought three of these on a whim when I was placing another order and was intrigued by the shape. I didn't expect this to become my pick of choice, but that's what happened after 5 minutes. I play hybrid style and the side of the pick is absolutely perfect for this. When I do single string runs, the business end of the pick takes over. Switching between positions is effortless. Grip feels amazingly solid (more than I thought was possible) in all positions. As with all Howling Monkey picks I've tried, the tone is amazing -- brighter than a plastic pick, a little more bite. Just ordered 10 more. I'm 71 and am hoping that this will be enough to last the rest of my natural life.

Finally, a pick that sounds great playing all styles - funk, rock, blues, jazz....I've been searching for something like this for a long time. They have bite when you dig in and are sweet when you pick lightly. The "gunstock" grip makes it really easy to hang on to them. They seems not to wear very much and so should last a long time. They are made from a sustainable material. Finally, they are pink, which means they're almost impossible to lose when you drop them. On top of it all they help the LGBTQ+ community. What's not to like.

These are my new favorite picks. I used to think a pick was a pick, as long as is was comfortable to pay and you could feel the strings—changes in sound and clarity were minimal. Hearing these compared to my old Primetones is like night and day. Great stuff. Also a minor detail, it is a guitar pick after all, I love the colors.
