I want to exchange it

I purchased a large according to the measurements it had no stretch so I have not been able to wear it however all sales are final so I’m stuck with it. I ordered something from another site so if I don’t get down to where I can wear it I’ll give it away. I have ordered latex waist trainers from this site before and they were stretchy and worked well. I don’t know what’s happened to the material.

Horrible sizing. No returns. I already wrote review but they probably won't post. I'm just going to go to the better business bureau and make statement.

The sizing is insanely wrong. I'm a size small, no curves, size 1 in jeans. I ordered small and in no way fit. . . so I ordered XL. . . and too small! And yes it was called petite but i also have a short torso! They won't let me return or exchange. . . or give me store credit. Stole 60 dollars basically. I emailed them a few times. No answer or late answer with an automated thing about their no return policy. I was just hoping to get something else at least. I do not give 1 star even and wouldn't suggest to anyone.

good quality, but the sizing charts are all wrong. I should have fit into an XL based on the chart waist measurements. Knowing these things sometimes run small, I ordered a 2XL and even that was way too small - so small the rows of hooks did not even meet the eyes. Hourglass would not take the return, so I had to buy an extra extender (from a different company) to make it work.

Small was too small

The quality is great but the sizes are off. Make sure to size yourself.

I like it it just to tide and to small is hard to put on.
