Everything about ordering our hot tub lid for our jacuzzi J480 was a positive experience. The lid itself is such a higher quality than the name brand one we had, and came in at a lower price point! It came in half the time so there was very little wait time to have it custom made as well. I fully recommend hot tub chemicals for any of your hot tub needs, every experience we’ve had with them has been seamless and positive!

The staff was very good at answering the questions I had prior to ordering. I placed my order on-line, consisting of a tub cover, cover lifter, and a bottle of bromine tablets for sanitizing. I knew going in that there was an extended period for the tub cover to be manufactured, so was fine with waiting for that. I was somewhat surprised that some 11 weeks later, I received the Bromine tablets, cover lifter, and the tub cover, all in separate packages, all received within 2 days. The tub cover delay I understood, but I had assumed that the cover lifter and Bromine would have been in stock and received much more quickly.
