The cover lifter arrived safely and in a timely fashion. This was an open box item and all parts were intact and accounted for so was happy with this. The cover lifter has brackets which need to be slid under your hot tub so the tub most likely needs to be drained in order to lift the hot tub enough to place the brackets in the right place. At least that was what I had to do.. All in all happy with the item.
