I've been using Host defense supplements and extract daily for maybe year or so now. The immediete physical affects are hard to discern, but my beleif is they are subconciously improving my health and quality of life. To be honest, my trust in Paul Stamets has much to do with this beleif.

It's still early, but I like their service, and their response to a couple of emails I have sent. I also like the revues by other customers, and am trusting them by using auto-ship.
