Great experience. Knowledgeable and professional staff. I benefit maximally from the product by taking 500 mg 1 to 2 hours before bedtime on a schedule of about 60 days. Really, works for me. Later on I can use it again 6 months later and it seems my brain is boosted in memory. It's like your brain says "Hello it's Lion's Mane again , Great!"

Always very helpful if a bump arises when ordering, and great products available. I prefer single mushroom offerings so I can confirm the daily need with muscle testing, but I get a yes 99% of the time with Immune combo, and 80% with breathe combo. Very pleased with the support and products.

I've been using Host defense supplements and extract daily for maybe year or so now. The immediete physical affects are hard to discern, but my beleif is they are subconciously improving my health and quality of life. To be honest, my trust in Paul Stamets has much to do with this beleif.
