I didn’t need shipping, but the lady who helped me was excellent. There were no “not so perfect hooks”, but she found me a few, because I was telling her I was helping some people get started with hooking, and on PEI there is no place to buy hooks unless you are at a hook in, and those are very expensive for beginners as they aren’t even sure they will like hooking, So your not so perfect hooks are perfect for me. I can’t wait to get over again and buy some more “not so perfect hooks”. Thank you Betty Aitken

My experience with hooking rugs has been excellent, shipping is quick and I appreciate the notes and surprise enclosures with each of my packages.

Everyone in the studio was so accommodating, helpful, kind and knowledgeable when we purchased the frame (while in the studio). They made the experience of buying the frame so joyful, it was just a wonderful!
