The items that were shipped arrived in a couple days. Honeycomb Wax Co. packaged everything so there was no problem with the products. I followed the instructions and removing hair was so easy. Using the pre/post cleaner and the smooth products work just as advertised. Great way to remove hair that leaves your skin as smooth as a baby's bottom.

Fast shipping. I live in arizona so it came fast for me but even if it took longer it's worth the wait.

I ordered the double wax warmer but one of the inserts came warped or something because it will not fit in the right wax pot. I tried emailing them to see if maybe they could send me a new one that actually will fit this time but still no response so very disappointed wanted to be super excited of this purchase but i don't think ill be back to re order anything from this website.

This wax doesn’t smell good and look cute, but it’s amazing. I usually use Miss Cire wax and this is very comparable.
