The pot works great, it was pre ordered on Sept. 19 received it on Oct. 6. This is my 2nd pot with them the first ordered Aug 2023.

Customer service was very fast as I had a wax machine that didn’t fix the honey wax but I found one on Amazon that fit. It works perfectly. :)

Shipping was fast and the tracking was accurate. The box was a damaged but to be as expected as heavy as the box was.

Shipping was quick - the heat from the outside weather causes it to stick together however I separated them pretty easily - this is a good wax
