I placed an order and heard nothing from them for 11 days; I contacted them and they claimed they had a supply problem. They immediately shipped the kibbles without asking if i wanted the dang stuff or not anymore. Two days later I received the product (the puppy is no longer in m y home). BAD customer service!!

My email inquiry was answered promptly and politely and shipping was fast. I am very happy with my purchase.

I don’t know where all these “Great” and “ 5 Stars” Review came from but def not my experience. I placed the order 06/24/24 and FINALLY received Cooler 07/12/24. I say FINALLY cause I was given several arrival dates Yet they didn’t ship it out til July 8th ONLY after I contacted them. I originally purchased it with an arrival of up to 4-5 days which was great since I wanted it for a tournament that PASSED already. On top of that Wrong color. It’s like they picked whatever they found and sent it. NEVER AGAIN. Disappointed.

ordered on the 9th, received email stating "We will send you another email as soon as your order is shipped." Expected by the 13th. Now it is the 28th and the order has not shipped. No other communication from homedeliveries. Very hard to contact. They still have my $$.

Placed an order. It was supposed to be delivered by yesterday at the latest. It’s not even been sent!! Customer service doesn’t answer the phone. They just say send us an email. I feel like I threw away $150. Will have to dispute the charges which is a huge hassle. I won’t order from this site again. Scam???

Great communication. I was notified the label on my package wasn't readable so printed a new one, arrived in total of 4 days. No problem. BUT, Every can arrived dented. Not just slightly dented but no visible leakage. First time ordering from here so I searched to find a way to replace the product. Tried to use the "return or replace button and it said page couldn't be found.

Looking at 5 star reviews on this computer is a joke!! Anyone not receiving their orders should go to your credit card company and file fraud reports against them. They are not even a 1star company. Someone has made up these glowing reviews.

I cannot give the company Home Deliveries us a 0 rating or I would. In fact I would say “run” and do not order anything from them. They NEVER deliver when promised…they don’t show tracking information… they NEVER answer their customer service calls or emails. They promise 2 business day delivery and 6 business days after my continuous emails to them, they sent that 1 of my 3 items will be delivered in 4 days. That’s 5 times longer plus than promised. Additionally they don’t show a delivery date for the other items. They are most likely a SCAM. I’ll be stopping payment to them.

They sold me an item that they did not have in stock and have refused to give me a refund. Order was cancelled and it has been a month but this site still has not refunded me for an item that they never sent me.

Ordered masks 3 week’s ago. I’m still waiting for delivery. Emailed them, no response. Horrible customer service.
