never received my dog food order, they ripped me off for $35!

I have still have not received my order and now when I put in my order number I get message saying it is not correct. This company is not reliable. I will never order from them again.

The puppy food I ordered never arrived. I ordered on 12/27/24 and still hasn’t arrived on 1/14/25. Website says 2 day delivery. Now I wast my time chasing after my money, do not buy from these people!

They entice customers by promising a two day delivery service. Has been a week, still no show and no updates. Emailed the company several days ago and received an assurance that my order was ready to ship that day. Several days later, still no tracking number and no updates. And no refund either. Already got the same item from Amazon. Unacceptable service , will never use this company again.

ordered, paid, delivery supposed to be one week. after 1 month said cancled. No refund yet. Tried to call, put on hold for next avail, BUT after 2 minutes they hung up with no person answering. Tried 3 more times same but did give VM option Left VMail.

I wish i could put a zero star review because I purchased (what I thought would be nice) a double loaded towel warmer on Black Friday last year & it randomly BURNT OUT! I tried everything to get it to turn on. . I even tried to contact customer services to see if they can help me fix the issue. I literally got 0 response from this company!! I get it, things can break, it's not the company's fault. But when you try countless times to reach out to the company to help the situation & get ZILTCH response, you have every right to be infuriated!! Needless to say, I just lost $100 an my interest with this company. DONT WASTE YOUR DIME ON ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not purchase this site is a scam. The customer service number never connects to a person and they take your money and never ship the product. They are rated F with the BBB. They have not responded to any of my attempts to get a refund for a product they have never even shipped.

Site looks great, but shady business practices. Bought diapers with guaranteed delivery date, order hasn't been shipped yet. They'll take your money before item(s) ship, so beware.

I should have checked around for pricing as the item I bought was $16 higher on this site. I tried canceling and calling to speak to a representative at least 8 times and could never get anyone on the phone. I sent emails & left messages. No reply.

After not receiving the merchandise for 10 working days, I saw that my credit card was billed the day I ordered the merchandise. I told my credit card I wanted to dispute the charges since I did not received the merchandise. Once home delivery saw that I was disputing the order they then sent me an email saying they're going to send the merchandise. It was a total of 13 days before got what I ordered. I do not recommend this company. I thought I was ordering through Costco yet somehow I got on homedelivery. us site. Never again will I order from this company.

If a product is having supply issues, perhaps devise a strategy to inform the consumer of the delay, rather than them having to contact you after a week of waiting for a tracking number. This company sure didn't waste any time taking my money, though, and when I asked for a refund due to the lack of product, I was told a tracking number would be forthcoming. I still don't have a tracking number, and have had no additional communication regarding a timeline for the product's arrival at their warehouse. I don't understand all the positive reviews, as my experience has been terrible.

I will never order from this place again, very hard to get any contact with a person. My order was delayed for 4 weeks, then it was shipped to Delaware I live in Michigan. I have sent many emails and have been giving the run around. I finally call the 800 number and was sent to a message center . I have called visa and put a hold on payment and I want card debited back. I feel like I have been scammed. Bad business practice.

I have always loved this brand but didn't want to become a membership just to buy toilet paper so thanks for giving me that option and I love the price :)

I am not happy with the scheduled delivery date promised. I ordered a large box of Kirkland diapers for my great-grandchild on Sept. 23rd with a delivery date of the 24th. My bank card was charged on the 24th, but on the 26th I was notified my order would be delivered on the 26th or 27th. On the 27th I was sent a notice that my order was ready to ship! Later that day another notice said it was being sent to the carrier and would be delivered by Oct. 1st. What the heck??!!!! If they can't fulfill a promised delivery date then don't say anything at all! I am not happy and definitely don't intend to order from this company again with this poor customer service and false promises!!

Would not recommend using this company. This is my 3rd attempt to get a return label sent in a defective item sent. Not worth the aggravation buying from them if item is defective or not what you are looking for. Amazon much easier.

Ordered from this fake website be aware people

The product I bought apparently was not in stock. They did not tell me until I told them to cancel the order. Then they refused to cancel the order. A week later I tell them to cancel it again and the same day it ships. This is very bad business practice and I will not be using them again. I was hoping I had found a good source the the product I needed.

My 1st experience with HD got off to a shaky start, as I had trouble accessing the tracking # - Very prompt about answering my emails, very professional. They were more than receptive to my concerns & my issues completely resolved. I will certainly use them again. The cost savings are considerable!
