The products they provide are excellent, as an agent we use their services to stage some of our property we advertise to sell, they make the properties look even better which we subsequently sell with a 100% sale rate as they are dressed to an immaculate standard. The products are fantastic and several buyers ended up purchasing some of the items as they are bespoke to the property. I would highly recommend homebound to all my clients.

Homebound was a great source for rental furniture. For the first 12 months I lived in London, I rented a sofa and (2) chairs. The selection process and payment were very easy. The pieces were great quality and the pricing was reasonable.

I needed furniture for 6 weeks and on very short notice. The team at homebound worked around my budget and offered me good quality furniture at my price point and where able to deliver right before Christmas. One of the owners took it upon himself to ensure the delivery was completed as staff might have already been away. I cannot recommend Homebound enough, I will always use them for any furniture needs I have.

Homebound is literally a gift to consumers. I can’t say enough about this company. I called and spoke with co-founder Bradley Hornby (he actually answered the phone!) and had furniture delivered within 24 hours! He had account manager Maddie Hutchings reach out to me to help put an order together. She is THE BEST. Not only did she listen to my needs, she helped me stay in budget and even made a stressful situation fun! She worked tirelessly after hours, speaking to me at 9p at night to be able to deliver the next day. She answered all of my questions, and I had many! The furniture is gorgeous, the pricing is incredible (with a mix of new and preloved items), and the delivery people were so kind. Thank you Homebound.

Looking for two sofas and a sideboard to rent, I stumbled across Homebound on Google and really liked the furniture they showed. I placed my order on the Saturday, by the Monday everything was approved and by Friday everything was delivered and installed. Their process is quite slick and you can tell they're very keen to maintain a high degree of customer focus. Their delivery team were very friendly and helpful, everything was unpacked and all the rubbish taken away. Can't fault them. We are renting a house for six months so it made no sense to buy furniture, I would highly recommend Homebound.

Great service from initial phonecall to ordering and delivery. This took an incredible two days. Professional white glove delivery service who's operatives built the bed and left the room clean taking away all the packaging. Ordered a spare bed for Christmas visitors, great to be able to order from as little as one month and just order what's needed. Many thanks.

They were able to fulfill my furniture requirements from their wide selection and create the aesthetic look I wanted to create to show my house at its best and give potential buyers a real vision of possibility. The delivery team were very fast and efficient and had things set up and assembled perfectly. Their furniture is of a high quality standard and as they assemble ot for you, life is made easier. They were also flexible and accommodating to a change and supplied a different item at no extra charge. Not very common these days. Oscar the colleague has been particularly helpful. Thank you.
