The pyjamas I ordered just arrived; right on time, and they look and feel lovely! Custom stitching is exactly as pictured and even the tiny details like buttons and seams are perfectly done and reflect the quality. I have one small gripe; my package arrived with a pleasant but *incredibly* strong artificial rose scent; I could smell it from across the room through multiple layers of packaging. Again, it's a pleasant scent which might add to the experience for some, but for people with fragrance sensitivities it would likely be way too much. I had intended these as a gift for someone who is very sensitive to artificial fragrances, and had to unwrap and wash them first for her comfort, which isn't ideal. I wish they'd had some option for scent free packaging for those with sensitivities, or who don't wish for their entire home to feel like a florist punched them in the nostrils. Assuming a crate of perfume didn't explode during the shipping process, and that their other products also arrive similarly scented, I would strongly urge that you plan to wash your garments before wear, *especially* anything from the intimates line!

No wonder there are so many 5 star reviews. This company is amazing! We purchased the satin pjs and slippers as a present for our 20yr old. Free monogramming was beautiful and the quality of the pjs and slippers superb. Slight mix-up with sizing so called customer service and spoke with Jill. All issues sorted out straight away in a professional and considerate manner. I don't often leave reviews but this was such a great experience I felt compelled to. Well done team! We'll certainly keep coming back.
