I have used returns, and it’s so easy. I receive acknowledgement and refunds are processed quickly. They have become my ‘go to’ company for lovely classy clothes.

Nice sporty looking cardigan, but go up a size if you don’t like it figure hugging, looks nice under the new trench coat. I wish Jade would make petite coats as I would buy more, we are not all fortunate to be 6 feet tall. But well done. 😘
