The only problem was when the box was delivered it was slightly damaged but that was probably the postal service. But perhaps you need to review the outer packaging. Otherwise everything was perfect.

I don’t live in the UK but love the brand. Last time I was back over I ordered so much to be able to have a real try on. Kept my favourites and returned the rest. Refunds were prompt and no problem. Everything I kept has been wonderful and looks good wear after wear.
