It’s a fantastic company. Any problems are always sorted out. I’ve not had many but a couple of times had issues with delivery or returns all of which were sorted out completely. Sometimes things are out of stock which can be a bit frustrating. I love the clothes, the tailoring, the fabrics and the prints. It’s a brand which fits me really well. I’m 5 ft 11 and can be tricky to get things which work for my height. HC always has something lovely. The coats are dreamy and so is the tweed and tartan. My favourite brand.
