Had to return a stick in exchange for another one and forgot to add the coupon code and was disappointed that there was a charge for a $20 shipping label with picture proof that I had made a mistake. I thought that the “hockey stick men” had a quick, honest, and fair response, and they credited my coupon for me.

Great service overall, but in the past few months there have been several inventory errors. Was told - after taking several days to inform me of a not-in-stock item - that these were being resolved by implementing a new system, which was the reason for the delay in response. Since then additional inventory errors have occurred, and orders remain delayed in dispatch; items used to ship next day, now take up to 5 business days to send. HSM always makes it right in the end, but perhaps some additional staff may be needed to handle increasing order volumes?

I have searched hi and low for a lidstrom curve and struck out everywhere, let alone one with a higher flex! This stick is awesome! Better than expected I’ve ordered Ccm pro stock sticks for years and this stick stands up to all of them. I will definitely be buying these from now on. Great price, fast shipping even to Alaska.

I have purchased 3 sticks on 2 orders. I appreciate being able to track shipments through website so I can see the timeline. I think the website service is very informative as you get emails along the way confirming status of order. Both my kids are running the pro black sticks, my oldest is hard on sticks as a defenseman and it has held up, the stick is truly lite and has good performance, the grip up the whole stick has stayed very tacky
