Ive used 5 Pro Blackout sticks and have loved them. They all survive high level aggressive hockey. The warranty claim process is hassle free and incredibly easy to navigate.

I haven't had a bad experience after all of the years I've been purchasing from HSM. The website is super user-friendly, the information on it is helpful, and the process of ordering is among the easiest for most sporting goods places I order from. I did have to place a warranty claim recently and it was about a smooth as it gets during the whole process, and had my replacement stick within about a week. There's a reason why I make my purchases through HSM and will continue to do that for as long as I can skate!
