Me and my wife really like this store as they offer a variety of good quality products are reasonable prices that are harder to find. We've ordered a few times and different products (gloves, sticks, pants) and we've been very satisfied with the items. That being said, in all transparency, I do have to be honest and point out a couple of issues that affected, recently, our experience. After all, a review is a subjective evaluation of the service received. First of all, my wife ordered a stick a couple weeks ago and to our amazing surprise, we were shocked, to see the packaging used. The stick was only packaged in a plastic bag, with a little of bubble wrap around the blade. Not only there is no protection that could prevent breaking, it's common for transport carriers to not handle products with care. The transport itself could have easily compromised or weakened the state of that 270$ stick with no warranty. There was also no sticker stating "fragile" or "handle with care". Secondly, their website mentions that most orders will be shipped the next day. At the moment of writing this review, my wife has a current order that hasn't shipped in 3 days yet. It was the same for the order of the stick previously mentioned earlier: we had to contact them. Overall, a good experience that could easily be improved with more consideration for customer service and details.

Found what I needed easily on the website. They had a nice selection of skates and they were the cheapest I found after looking for a couple of days.

Was referred by a friend, ordered my first blackout ultra lite shortly after. Was very impressed by the quality of the stick. I have since ordered two more blackouts. Price point and shipping efficiency you can't beat. Living in a small community, its hard to get some items. Never had an issue ordering a new stick, arrives when expected and product is always good. Recently have made the switch to Pro Stock orders and the quality is just as advertised. The sticks I have received are the real deal pro stocks, both have college specific markings/graphics on them. Will continue to order from HSM, have been very happy with all of the products I have received. What you order is what you get.
