Service was good but was not immediately obvious that they received my order. I had to reach out to verify that my order was received and processed. Other than that small item everything else was great.

Gloves are awesome

Took longer than expected to get the gloves I ordered. Then when I did get them they were too small....sizes aren't true to size!

It took a while but it arrived safely an it w as worth tha wait.

I really love the flannel, the quality and build is great however it did not fit correctly and sadly you do not offer a bigger size, shipping was longer then i would have liked ,almost two weeks ,perhaps because i was excited to receive the items.

Having an option for exchanges instead of only doing a return and then purchasing a different size would be nice. I purchased the first jacket on a sale and by the time I received it the sale was over and the jacket didn’t fit.
