They initially sent me the wrong item, which I had already assembled before realizing the mistake. The company made it right by promptly sending me the correct item at a deep discount. I appreciate the way they handled the situation and stood behind their product.

Best customer service experience I've ever had with any seller, hands down. I had a minor issue with a component initially and Chris immediately offered to send me a replacement free of charge. Since I wanted to begin using the machine ASAP, I offered to pay for expedited shipping at my own expense but he wouldn't accept my money and shipped the part via UPS Next Day Air anyway. We are thrilled with the entire experience. Thank you Personal Pitcher!
