I was looking for a baby monitor for a while researching an affordable one which also had good features. I was recommended the baby sense monitor and I could not be happier, it is the perfect size the image quality is great and the battery lasts for a long time. The sound sensitivity is also very good. I am so happy with the product, I have recommended it my friends who have now also decided to choose baby sense. I 100% recommended to anyone looking to buy the baby sense monitor.

The products that I have bought from Babysense have been used every day and they have been fantastic, although recently developed an electrical fault, which we were concerned about. So I reached out to the team at BabySense and Sean from customer service responded quickly and diligently to inquire how they could help. He organised a replacement set to be shipped within 24 hours, so that the ones that were faulty could be returned when we had something in place. The company organised a refund to cover the cost of the packaging and returns and so I am not out of pocket and I have replacement monitors to continue to use as my children grow. If only every company had a customer service representative and team like this then the world would be a much happier place; I’ve been left feeling acknowledged, listened to and supported throughout this process. We originally purchased the Babysense Max View monitor in January. We opted for this one due to the larger screen and we’re so glad we did, lots of people have commented on the size and how much better it is compared to the smaller ones they have. The music is also great at helping our little one to settle, it’s now part of his night time routine. We had an issue last month with the actual screen and after contacting Babysense and sending a couple of photos, they sent out a replacement with no qualms and it arrived in 2 days which were highly impressed with! Would highly recommend this monitor and also Babysense, it’s rare to get such good customer service these days. They even checked in after to ensure everything was all okay.

We purchased the Babysense Max View monitor back in January and we’re really pleased from the outset. The large screen is so good for visibility and the tunes that play have really helped our little one stay asleep. We had an issue with the screen itself and I contacted Babysense, their customer service was amazing and after sending a couple of photos and explaining the issue we were sent a replacement which arrived in a couple of days (perfect with a little one). We were so impressed! Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing one.

Perfetto per la sicurezza del mio bimbo! Prodotto eccellente! Le 2 telecamere con schermo diviso sono super comode per controllare più stanze. La qualità video è buona, anche di notte, e adoro la funzione con suoni rilassanti. Ma la vera svolta è il monitor respiratorio: mi avvisa subito se ci sono irregolarità. Mi fa dormire molto più tranquilla. Consigliatissimo!

Great video monitor. Resolution is good, even at night and the camera lens has a good range. VOX mode is useful for battery saving and also for allowing you to have the monitor nearby at night without the screen always being on. We don’t use the sounds or lights, they are a bit too loud and bright for us. A suggestion would be a range of warm white light levels which would be more soothing, and a shhh sound. We did have a problem with the monitor but I buttons, around 8 months after purchase, but after completing an easy support form we were contacted within 48 hours confirming a replacement which we received the following day. Excellent customer service.

J’uttilise le Babysense HD S2 depuis plusieurs semaines maintenant, et j’en suis vraiment ravie. En tant que maman, la tranquillité d’esprit n’a pas de prix et ce babyphone m’apporte exactement ça. L’image est nette, le son est clair, et je me sens en confiance à chaque fois que je laisse mon bébé dormir dans sa chambre. C’est un outil simple à utiliser, mais vraiment efficace. Je le recommande sincèrement à toutes les mamans qui veulent surveiller leur bébé sans stress, tout en gardant une vraie qualité de surveillance.
