the lifetime of this device is not long, but the costumer service is really helpful and obliging. we are using our third one in three years, but the support ist really friendly. the good display quality will not last long, but we are fine with it. the signal for our purpose is perfect - we give away the display to our neighbours to watch our babies so we can go to supermarket realy quick.

I can't fault this product or the company. The after sales service is excellent and I want to personally thank Maria for her effortless assistance - I had a small fault that developed with the camera and it was replaced under warranty without issue and posted out to me very quickly. I will continue to be a loyal customer as a result and can't recommend Babysense to my friends and family highly enough!

Great customer service, we first used the monitor a few months after we received it to find one of the cameras weren’t working. Babysense had a new one at our doorstep 2 days later even though our monitor was out of its warranty period.
