Easy to order, fast delivery, product does a described - couldn’t do any better!

This year I ordered for 5 out of 7 of our children for primary school it was a massive order. It arrived very fast and the quality is amazing as per every order. I will be ordering some top ups in the next coming weeks to have throughout the year.

Great product, good postage times

Customer service was excellent. I had a postage issue and they got it sorted asap.

I like their labels and have been ordering many times. However, the latest order (I ordered it with Santa letter) was super slow. Santa letter was delivered fast but label orders took forever. It’s understandable though during their busiest season and it’s not a big deal for us since we don’t have to use them urgently.

We’ve been doing the Letter From Santa for a few years now, and it’s become a lovely Christmas tradition in our house. It’s such a great addition to the magic of Christmas. Our son absolutely loves the personal touches - they make it feel so real and incredibly exciting for him. This letter was just the best! Exactly as promoted, just what we required and got the response we hoped for and loved. It is still on the fridge! Would definitely recommend and we will be looking to order another one later this year!
