Ordered from a fb post that stated 12-14 day TAT. After 3 weeks I reached out and asked about status. Owner was INSANELY rude immediately and started capitalizing words like I couldn’t read. I simply stated we were past the listed TAT. There was nothing mentioned on the post about that time starting after the order closed. She cancelled my order on her own. Such a shame although I’m sure she doesn’t have legal rights to sell these prints anyway which is probably why the names are changed a bit on the website. Spend your money with someone who doesn’t treat her customers like garbage. I should have followed advice from reviews instead of learning myself.
