I've purchased a few dresses for my daughter from Hill Country Kids. All have been great quality, nice and comfortable material, they wash and dry without messing up the colors, fading, or shrinking. Great quality and adorable prints. Will definitely be purchasing more!

I placed two orders. Am missing a dress from BOTH orders. Emailed their customer service and have had no response. One of my orders took over two weeks to ship, email inquiries went unanswered, I placed an inquiry on social media…I did get a quick response, which was rather rude. The prints are cute and dresses are soft and wash well but will not be ordering anything else from this company. Thoroughly disappointed, guessing I will eat the cost of the two dresses I did not receive as they don’t respond at all. Reviews look pretty here, I should have looked this company up on the better business bureau first. Literally every review is exactly what I experienced.

Was told 8/10 days 12/14 at most. 21 days, and then was blocked on their Facebook page! Horrible business

TAT was awful! Was told 8/10 but 12/14 at most. No 21 days and when I said something about it on their Facebook page I was blocked. I ordered other outfits that were supposed to be here on April 30 and now I have a delivery date for may 15th

Would be great if they had better communication about shipping. Ordered dresses with a TAT of 12/14 days and still haven’t received them and have messaged customer service multiple times with no response

I love the large selection of themes/characters available. The dress styles are adorable and fit true to size. My daughter loves picking out her clothes for school each day, thanks to HCK!
