It took a month to get my order. I ordered 31 dresses. I only received 30. I politely asked for either a refund for the 1 missing, or to get the one I am missing sent. I had also asked for an update on my order as I usually get an estimated date of arrival after ordering from anywhere. I was met with rude responses after multiple emails and comments on Facebook. About how their eta is always posted. "Shipping 12/14 business days usually sooner!" But it took exactly one month to receive my order that was still missing a dress. 🫠 As a first time customer this was an all around horrible experience. If it would have been better communication, I would have been an all the time customer as I love spending money to dress my kids up in cute clothes. The dresses are so cute and so soft. The people running the store however, not so much. Please just give me my one dress or my refund for the one dress so I can just move on and yall can be done with me I suppose.

Items did not ship on time, couldn’t get any one to respond about shipping or package delays. Sizes were not TTS.
