I ordered Transporta Rucksack Transit Bag for my Daughters travels across Asia, my daughter decided against using per bag pack in favour of her kit/duffel bag instead. As we no longer needed the transit bag I decided to return it, the bag itself looked great and perfect for the purpose intended we just didn't need it I contacted the team regarding returns and dealt with Anders who was great and swiftly acknowledged the return and dealt with everything from then on.
