I tested this up in the Yorkshire Dales on exped last week. I used my single season lightweight down bag and the fleece liner. Conditions: overnight low 4c. Result: not the cold night reaching for extra cover that I expected! Though not totally toasty all the way through, no extra covers and it coped well in a brutal test in demanding conditions. Verdict: an awesome piece of kit and the side zip makes it very, very user friendly. Thank you Highlander, definitely a winner.
