Great products, but LATE every single time on delivery. Please let the customer choose another shipping option than USPS, even if it costs more. Several days late.

The delivery time usually takes about a week, which is a bit long. I hope the delivery speed can be improved, ideally shortened to 2-3 days. This would make the shopping experience much better.

I don't get my timothy hay from any other source other than High Desert Small Animal Feed because the quality is usually consistent, it smells good, my guinea pig devours it without hesitation and you can't beat free shipping.

So far so good! Shipping says it ships out next day though. I even got an email right after placing the order that my order was shipped but it took a while to get here. Definitely over a week. I usually order off Amazon so I don’t have to deal with this issue & I know to order sooner next time so we don’t run out of hay. I know shipping can take some time, especially depending where it’s coming from / where it’s being sent to but the site says “ships next day!” This is our favorite hay though & what Zelda wants, Zelda gets!!
