Your customer service is very bad. That girl with whom I talk she was very rude and disrespectful. I think Mr. Shaikh stop looking on customer service. Business grow and people forget about customer service. If I was not traveling that time I'll return all the bags. This is 3rd time I have bad experience with your staff interaction. 2 times face to face and 1 time on the phone.

Overall a great experience with heys. They made sure I got my luggage order on time and their stuff is thoughtfully designed and built to last.
