The alley should be redesigned to allow passport, boarding pass to fit in slot on outside of wallet. Also add a slot for Nexsus or global entry cards on outside for ease of access.

I have always been a customer of Heys and expected the same quality that I'm used to. Unfortunately, when I purchased the Luxe 3 piece luggage set, both the 2 larger pieces broke during my travels. The extendable handle on both has malfunctioned and does not extend. Overall pretty disappointment as I had higher expectations for the quality. Will likely move to another brand.

The liner feels more like crinkly plastic than the fabric like in the Spin Air II. And I have some concern about how the wheels will hold up. But it seems well put together otherwise. Decent price, timely delivery. Good thing my wife doesn't mind Pink.
