Thought I’d give Hera a try, I am so glad I did. The weight and fit is awesome, feels like proper good quality. I’d usually be a large. A medium was the perfect fit for me. I will be back

The hoodie I ordered was massive, I wear oversized clothes but this was definitely so big that me and my wife would fit inside it. I did an exchange to a smaller size straight away, but it's been 8 days and I haven't heard from Hera yet. When I contact them a robot keeps replying with generic text. For the money you pay for these items I expect better customer services. A proper let down!!!
