The hoodie I ordered was massive, I wear oversized clothes but this was definitely so big that me and my wife would fit inside it. I did an exchange to a smaller size straight away, but it's been 8 days and I haven't heard from Hera yet. When I contact them a robot keeps replying with generic text. For the money you pay for these items I expect better customer services. A proper let down!!!

Excellent all round, a zip up version of this with a zip a similar colour to the material would be amazing. (Guys don’t like to mess their hair up when they take hoodies on and off, which is why most of mine are zip up) Otherwise love it and love supporting a local brand as well
