Quick shipping, easy shopping experience.

The assistant was very quick in actioning my refund and let me know that The Henri Lloyd supplier know my comments. This reveals that Henri Lloyd are not in control of the manufacturing thickness of the material and posted inaccurate colours on their website. While I am very happy with the person that dealt with my complaint and the speed of the refund. The thickness of the material and description (Heavyweight 315 gsm sweat fabric) was misleading and if you actually see the article returned, see the colour of the garment and compare it to your website image the colour has been made more vibrant on your website. If the supplier is left to administrate this complaint it doesn’t give your procurement team information to make changes to the product that normally retails at £80. 00. I hope the Henri Lloyd procurement team finds my comments useful. Kind regards, Adrian Hibbs

Perfect service, Thank you. 😊

Very good, like always

Great products and always excellent customer service

I feel like the gear failure was unreasonable for the length of time I've owned the product, and more of a product defect than anything else. I was disappointed a replacement or at least a repair covered by the company wasn't offered. For example, Musto offers much better customer service in this regard. I will think twice before purchasing Henri Lloyd products again.

Looks nice

Easy ordering and fast delivery - would recommend!

Brilliant excellent service

Prompt service.

Good but concerned about quality

Cannot rate the service in this store highly enough. Had a technical issue with a 2013 jacket which was assessed and replaced immediately. This standard of customer service is hard to find these days. Thankyou Katie for your expert knowledge and great service.

A good delivery service with emails informing you of the delivery day etc.
