Ordered on a Sunday, needed delivery Friday A. M. Despatch notification received but no comms from courier, chased HL, still no comms but jacket arrived Friday A. M. Guess I’m to used to next day delivery.

Generally good service until you return order partially. In such case that cancel all points for the order and spending record. Had this situation where half of order was cancelled by HL due to unavailability. Took me 2 weeks to get half of the points back. And I still didn't get my spending updated (couple of months now) whereas if they did with my follow-up purchases I would be at silver VIP level. Oh, and shipping cost is rip-off. ;) Also, shame factory shop in Poland has been closed.
