Fast shipping, even though I didn't know it was coming from australia

Very good

The shipping was relatively fast and return of money was also relatively fast. However, they do not offer a free shipping and free return, so I have lost $20 in getting and return this jacket.

I bought this Gravity jacket on sale via the online store and the shipping was exceptionally fast from Australia to NZ. I originally ordered the Large but had too swap for the Medium. Rather than returning via post, I was allowed to return to the new Christchurch store and re-ordered the Medium. Excellent sales and service Helly Hansen!

Shipping is abysmal ex Australia. Australia Post are really letting you down on orders to New Zealand.

Ladies LGE Size regular a bit small for me I just don’t zip it up but I then bought a men’s LGE. Regular that fits me better I am pleased with that
