When I have phoned for help with sizing and information about the product the lady in customer service was very friendly and helpful.

Website specials do not talk to checkout page. It's like nobody pays attention to the online store. First time buyer, quite disappointing

Online shop is a shocker. Specials 2 shirts for $100 but when loading 2 T-shirts it just automatically go to $200. Bought a hat and the quality was far from expected. Just a cap with printed stickers on

The parcel arrived with no name on it. We shipped the jacket to a marina where we live and it only had the marina address. The staff had to open it and wait for someone to claim the parcel.
