Thank you for making it so easy! I bought the jacket online, but unfortunately the jacket didn’t fit so had to return it. I thought this was going to be difficult but I received fabulous service throughout. I would definitely recommend Helly Hansen to others.

I ordered white hoody which fits perfectly fine just is not nice fluffy and warm inside, but that’s just how I prefer my hoodies… still like it though, second item was red cap and that is perfect red is same as on the webpage. The updates regarding my order were coming regularly through emails and the whole process from ordering to receiving my order was fast.
