Glasses are in fantastic condition, all packaging was there and it was delivered very very fast! Will use again for other frames!

Terrible company that doesn't follow visa policy, is slow to respond, and never ships

Good company

I have purchased over15 pairs of glasses from you. Never had a problem with any styles.

My lenses were extremely thick and didn’t fit on my frames and it didn’t have to Cartier on the lense.

Did not include the original lenses that came with the glasses

Love my Cartier

I called and asked for a return. Someone said they would call me back that day and I never heard back and still haven’t

The Visionist team is consistently outstanding. I’ve had several interactions with them, and they’re always quick to respond and attentive to my needs. If anything ever falls short, they’re quick to make it right.

It’s always a pleasure patronizing Visionist. I have no complaints

Super. Thanks.

Great

Awesome experience and product

Because the service I received when I ordered my glasses was exceptional, I didn't want to trust an unknown provider to switch out my progressive lenses. Progressives, in my experience, can be complicated, and not everyone in my small town has been able to do work at this level. My email was responded to swiftly and with a minimal back and forth, I had a plan to get the work done. Very happy loyal customer.

Hi there. I love the glasses but I was supposed to receive the case that was apparently not ready when they shipped the glasses. Can you please let me know when we can expect to receive? Tx

Visionist has an amazing selection of eyewear and at great prices. My purchase was shipped rapidly and arrived well packaged.

Great customer service!!

My order of prescription sunglasses came out better than I imagined! Exceptional craftsmanship and fast shipping. Would highly recommend!

I will definitely visit Visionist from time to time to see what they have in the latest and most stylish frames.

Delivered promptly and everything in perfect condition.
