I flew interstate solo to have surgery and Heidi has been amazing from the get go. She speedily replied to my emails, picked me up from hospital on surgery day and set me up in my hotel room making sure I was super comfy and then popped to the shops to get all that I needed. Heidi was very easy to get along with and I felt very comfortable with her. She picked me up super early (4am) to take me to the airport a few days later, checked my luggage in and even tidied up my messy bed hair. I highly recommend Pure You if you are travelling on your own, it was an absolute life saver having this service and not having to make my entire family travel interstate. Thank you!!
