I placed an order on the 22nd of December, today is the 8th of Jan and I still have not received a tracking number or any sign that my order has been dispatched - massive disappointment!

I ordered the recovery pillow set as I needed to sleep upright after my eye surgery. So happy with the softness yet supportive V pillow and the neck pillow with memory foam is comfortable and luxurious. Just what I needed. As a gift I received an ice pack which was a lovely addition. The whole experience with Pure You was brilliant. Heidi made the process of getting ready for my daunting surgery much easier. The hotel apartment deal was great and was way cheaper than I could have got anywhere in Melbourne especially during the Australian Open. My Mummy Makeover Recovery Pack is great. Took the pillows with me to hospital and use the ice packs regularly. The shower chair is a great idea. Definitely needed. The pack was sitting waiting for me when I checked into my apartment. The staff even had my stool and shower chair set up in the bathroom. The rest of the pack made me feel special. The whole experience with Pure You was a dream. Thank you Heidi 💜

I travelled from interstate to have my surgery in Sydney. All I can say is this service is absolutely fantastic. Virginia messaged me the night before my surgery and reassured me about the procedure as she has worked in the industry. When she came to collect me she made me feel so comfortable. Back at the hotel she organised ice, extra pillows and sorted my whole bed set up. She was also in contact with my surgeon and this was great. Thank you Virginia for making me feel so relaxed.
