Excellent service. My plants got lost in freezing temperatures with usps. Heavenly immediately jumped in to find what happened. Within a couple days they had sent replacement.

Shipping in winter is very
Shipping in winter is very tricky for sensitive plants. My order was held and shipped in anarrow window of warmth. USPS took twice the time, but I received very healthy plants that were perfectly packaged and only minimal bloom damage from the cold. I am very pleased with my order and my plants are thriving.

Gorgeous variegated African Violets!! Had an issue with my first shipment of plants due to a holiday delay through the USPS not any fault of Heavenly Creation Nursery.
