Amazing customer service. I once had someone help me for an hour through chat to pick hot sauces for a gift for my mom based on her heat and taste preferences. Have had bottles that cracked during delivery replaced. I’m a loyal customer for a reason.

We already ordered twice at Heatonist. The packaging and quality is perfect and it is the to go place to get all the HOT ONES sauces.

Season 24 sauces taste wise are an absolute 0. They were awful! Like plug your nose, as to not smell them & maybe you won’t taste anything. Spice wise, I personally didn’t have any spice until #7. Da Bomb took me out. If it weren’t for the bad taste of them, I could’ve continued, but wasn’t willing to suffer through.

For being a customer for only the last few years, I've had little problems. One was a ordering system mishap, and the other was a bottle broke in shipping. Both incidents were resolved quickly. I'm hooked.
