Verified Buyerbeginning to look like a Kafkaesque labyrinth just to try to get my normal subscription box
I'm at the end of my patience with you. I've been a @heatonist subscriber since before COVID. I'm sharing this because I've exhausted every private option and I'm still waiting for my March box in April. I'm canceling both my long-running subscription and my Club Heatonist membership on April 11th if there is still no resolution, apology, and attempt to make things right. Here's what happened: March 12 — My subscription billed normally. I was immediately sent an erroneous $30 invoice for a "free trio box" add-on I never ordered. Agent Skye acknowledged it was a system error and promised to fix it. March 12–27 — Nothing was fixed. My order sat in limbo for 15 days with zero outreach from Heatonist. March 27 — I had to follow up myself. Agent Rafael told me the order was "stuck in fulfillment," guaranteed it was resolved, and promised tracking within 48 hours. April 1 — No tracking. I followed up again. Now I'm being told a subscription item is out of stock and my options are to cancel and refund. April 2 — After I pushed back, Rafael created a duplicate order. It has sat untouched for 8 days. April 10 — Still no box. Still no tracking. Still no explanation of what this "free trio box" even was — I've seen nothing about it from other subscribers. Every error in this chain originated on their end. I never ordered an add-on, I was never proactively contacted, and every promise made was broken. Being told to "cancel and refund" after a month of chasing them down isn't a resolution.
