Great Book! Love the healthy habits recommendations and the way the book eases you into those healthy habits. Great information. Book is laid out very nicely, beautiful pictures. Recipes have all been excellent so far. Would highly recommend.

I ordered it 12/16, sent to a second home address. It was delayed so I spoke with customer service to make sure it now is sent to the primary address. They assured me it would. The book was delivered to the second address and so it is now outside somewhere and I will read it when I arrive at that address late February. Just hope it is still there and if it is, not damaged from the weather. Never again will I order from Hearst/Prevention
