Never received digital access to exercises. Requests made but no access to link has been provided. Very frustrating. I purchased the book because digital access was included. To date, have not received link. Very unsatisfied customer here.

Received shrink-wrapped books in tight cardboard package- not a box. Can only return in same ( now unusable) box if unopened! How can you see if you don't open? Terrible service. Never again any product from you!

Material is all excellent. It does take awhile to revive a hardback book but e-books are quick.
