I love them for work. I cover several buildings at work. The movement of the gel constantly supports you foot. The real test is coming up soon with my husband working a trade show for a few days. I will report back after he returns.

A friend introduced us to the HealthmateForever about a year ago. We are both active (i.e. walking, running, biking, gardening) Baby Boomers but have an occasional ache and pain in our shoulders, legs, lower back. Even after several treatments over several days, a substantial improvement is evident. Due to our success, we've probably given a dozen units to our children and friends. Many of them are using them successfully as well. It's one of the better value $40 we've ever spent.

Before I started using this machine I took it to my physio-therapist - and he was surprised at how small and easy to use it is. I use it almost everyday for lower back pain - it clips on my waistband. I am so happy I finally bought it - should have done it sooner.

Received my tens machine as advertised. I live on PEI in Canada. I have used it at least twice a day since I got it. Haven't needed to charge it yet. Live it.

Good for health

As soon as I tested on myself this gadget, shown to me by an officemate who came from a recent U.S. trip, I thought of ordering it as a gift to friends... so I ordered some few units. Ordering online/delivery via USPS proved to be reliable. I will surely recommend to other friends. Happy Holidays!

We've had TENS units in the past but needed a new one. Quick search on Amazon was impressed with the intensity and mode options on the YK15AB. Immediately purchased two units and received them on time with two day shipping. TENS units are much alike across the board so it's the little things that set companies apart. While the two units I received function fine, the rave reviews I read about customer service encouraged the purchase. I do have a couple ideas for product improvement... I'm yet to find a way to change the default 80 minute timer. While this is not a deal breaker, it would be nice if treatment is prescribed with lower timed frequency. Intensity buttons on the sides. These are easily hit by accident... not good as use requires them set near the top of tolerance. Perhaps a "Lock" switch can be added locking all settings from change.

This is one of the best TENS units I have ever had. I fell last week, not once but 3 times. The fist time I landed on my tailbone falling down 4 stairs in the rain. Because of my chronic back issues after falling then and 2 more times, I could seriously hardly walk. Went to Dr. Daffern who did an adjustment on my back and then put on the TENS unit and used it most of the day to reduce the pain and inflammation. By this evening I was able to take Jesse Mae for our usual walk. So grateful that it is affordable and mini and works.

let me say that this device has changed my life. It has helped me stand when I have been unable to, it helps me sleep overcoming my restless legs and it's getting me back on track of getting healthy as I am building muscles in areas I have had difficulty working out because of injuries. Dear Healthmate: My letter concerns something which you may want to explore regarding "itching". I have MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome) - and while I purchased one of your units to help with life long lower back pain - I decided to try this for my chronic urticaria (hives). I have just reported to my allergist that 2-3, 20 minute treatments at a low setting applied directly to an area with hives - will bring 4-5 hours of relief, and by the 3rd treatment the hives (at that location only however) - the hives have stopped and faded away. This is a huge huge issue - and she said it needs to be explored and tested out and was very supportive of my using the TENs unit for this purpose when she found out what I was saying. If you research MCAS you will see that it is a huge huge problem - world wide - and only now being acknowledged. There are no cures - and treatment is either steroids (not good) or bio-engineered drugs at $900 per injection (not affordable) -

As a retired judge, I rarely write reviews. I am making an exception because of the phenomenal customer service I experienced. I have rarely encountered such a knowledgable, conscientious, helpful, and absolutely pleasant attitude. Yes the unit works as detailed, and has really helped my shoulder and back. But I cannot say enough wonderful things about the customer service provided by Mei (May). She detailed which unit would be best for me and expedited shipping. Totally a wow!

In spite of the price, we didn't expect this to really "do the job", but WOW were we surprised! My husband and I both have lower back issues from time to time and have frequently had the electric stim at the chiropractor's, so that's what we're used to and didn't expect anything even close to that from this unit. Our first surprise was how tiny the unit is. It's so little that we were sure we were going to be disappointed in what it could do. Having had it a few weeks now and have both used it a number of times and we are VERY pleased. We've tried all of the programs and we each have our favorites, but they all do a good job.
