I got my TENS unit today and I'm so impressed with this little miracle! It literally made my totally poopy day sooooo much better! My pharmacy needs a preauth for a new prescription because of my recently diagnosed Cryptogenic Sensory Polyneuropathy and this gem has made a noticeable difference regarding the pain in my legs. It's also working wonders on the area surrounding my lumbar disc degeneration where I've got a ruptured and torn disc in my lower back. Thank you so much for your great customer service (good customer service is so hard to find anymore) by emailing me regarding my order and thank you and your company for providing such an awesome piece of medical equipment that takes the edge off. As soon as I'm done doing my replies to emails (99% of which are not nearly as sweet as yours), I'll be giving your store all 5's. Hell, I'd give you all 10+'s if possible! Cross your fingers I can get some sleep tonight due to having pain relief! I'm hoping for the best.

Great customer service. The unit works as described. My only complaint is that CH1,2 3, and 4 cannot be set independently for modes and intensity. CH1&2 run at the same mode and intensity and CH3&4 can be set at a different mode an intensity from 1&2 but not from each other. Only a problem when using 8 pads at once. But for the price, I can live that.

Works ok but book needs to be a little more informative on pad placement and equipment settings.

I don't know what I'd do with out my Tens Unit! It has helped me so much!

These are great large enough to cover large muscles, such as calf and back. Works great ! Also shipping was quick.

compact unit is easy to operate.works very well.handy hard plastic storage for sticky pads is a plus. might want to rethink the picture descriptors for the various massage/ pulse settings.

This replaced an older unit from another vendor. The difference cannot be overstated. The variety of impulse settings should enable anybody to find relief for whatever their problem or interest.

This machine works perfectly on occasional sore and tight muscles. I usually concentrate stress around my neck and it does the job for me. And as it is light and small you can use anywhere. It has so many levels and it is pretty powerful for such small device.
