This CBN oil helps me sleep. I have nervous system dysregulation so anything I try only helps for a few nights then my body over rides it. With this oil I am able to go for longer without having to switch up what I am taking. That really helps me a lot to know that this product is reliable and soothing. I always have better sleep when I am taking this oil. I also love the aspect of being from a small farm. Thank you
