Impressive sound and sturdy build quality

The product itself is flawless. Where I had some issues was around order fulfillment timelines. Despite having initial great communication from the team, it required me to follow up on my order after the stated fulfillment time from the website slipped from 2-3 days to 9+ days. I would have liked more up front communication about long lead times. Otherwise when the order was finally shipped it arrived quickly and it was packaged very thoughtfully.

As always, HeadAmp delivered -- and delivered on top of that. I truly couldn't be more excited to receive a package from anyone. The effort and kindness that your shippers put into packing everything up -- it's incredible. And it keeps bringing me back.

Prompt next day service and delivery. Ear pad replacements easy to instal with clear directions. Head Amp are definitely the pro's for top service and audio technical advice. I bought my STAX amp and STAX headphones five years ago from them and enjoy them more each day.
